Confirm your Winterization Appointment

Thank you for confirming your Winterization Appointment. Pre-routing Winterizations helps the environment by reducing fuel usage and further helps to keep our technicians running on schedule!

*If you are unable to make the reserved appointment, please use our scheduling form and supply us with at least 3 alternate dates and times.

***In order to expedite your request, it is important that you enter your information exactly as shown on your postcard (see example below).***

  • Enter your name, date and time slot exactly as shown on your postcard.
  • The email address you enter below is what we will use to contact you regarding your appointment (we do not sell or distribute customer's emails, ever!). Check the box below your email address to let us know if you would like an emailed reminder of your upcoming appointment.
  • When entering your street address, please be sure to use the address of the property to be Winterized and not the billing address (if applicable).
  • If you would like a phoned reminder, please check the appropriate box. Your main contact number listed in our scheduling software will be called. If you would like to have your main number updated, please let us know in the comments section.
  • We will flag your system's sprinkler heads during your winterization if Lawn Aeration is desired. If we are aerating your lawn, there is no additional charge for this service. If you have made other arrangements but would still like your sprinkler heads marked, please be advised that there will be a charge for the amount of flags used ($0.22 per flag).

    Q: Can I Winterize my system myself?

    A: Not unless you have a high level of technical skill and a large air compressor.

     

    Q: How much do you charge?

    A: We charge $60 plus 75ยข per station. For example, if your system had 9 stations, the total charge would be $66.75.

     

    Q: Is this a good time to get repairs done?

    A: Because our techs our very busy this time of year, it is better to have repairs scheduled before October 1st if possible. Otherwise, we can give attention to the issue at a later time.

     

    Q: How long does it take to Winterize my system?

    A: That varies based on the size of the system and if there are any repairs that must be done in order to Winterize the system properly. Please give yourself plenty of time in case we need to do additional work.

     

    Q: Does anyone need to be home during the Winterization?

    A: Yes, unless prior arrangements have been made.

     

    Q: I would like to get my lawn aerated. When do you do that?

    A: Our technicians will flag your heads during the Winterization. A separate technician will arrive in the next few days to do the aeration and remove the flags.

     

    Q: How much does it cost to have my lawn aerated?

    A: We charge by square footage. Most residential lots fall into our minimum size of 7,000 square feet and that is $70. Each additional 1,000 square feet is $5. If you're unsure of your lot size, we will measure it during the service.

     

    Q: Do you give discounts for this service?

    A: Yes, we do, if you prepay for the year. We have three packages to choose from to best suit your needs. You can review them by clicking here.
