Rain One has put together three different packages for the necessary operation and maintenance of their customer’s sprinkler systems, Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
As an incentive for pre-paying for these essential services, Rain One offers a discount on the total package price.
What are the benefits?
Every System needs maintenance. Not only do you save money, but also signing up for an ESP reserves your slot at the beginning of the Spring season for startup, and the beginning of the Fall season for turnoff! No hassle waiting to be scheduled. We’ll take care of all the preparations for you, sending out reminder postcards and phoning ahead days in advance!
Three levels to choose from?
Choose Bronze if:
You are only interested in the two essential services for the year - Spring Turn-on and Fall Shut-down.
Choose Silver if:
You would like to add an annual Backflow Test with your Spring Turn-on and Fall Shut-down services.
Choose Gold if:
You would like to add an annual Backflow Test and a Seasonal Visit with your Spring Turn-on and Fall Shut-down services.
You also offer Lawn Aeration?
Yes we do! Rain One now offers Core Aeration for your lawn. No need to call two separate companies to get these services scheduled. Your yard will be flagged by our technicians during the opening or closing of your system. Our Aeration crew follows behind the service technicians, and will remove the flags after completion. Save time in your busy day by having us aerate your lawn!

WARRANTY: We warrant the system that we winterize to be free from freeze damage throughout the winter. If any damage should occur, the repair would be completed at Rain One's expense. *NOTE: Our warranty does not include damages to the system caused by low lying areas that retain water naturally, faulty shut-off valves, or damage caused by snow plows and/or shovels. All repairs made will carry a 1 year part and labor warranty so long as payment is made within thirty days of invoice.
REPAIRS: The above services do not include REPAIRS and/or MATERIALS. A labor charge of $48.00 per hour plus materials will be billed for all repairs in quarter hour increments during the Start-Up or Shut-Down of the System.
AERATION DISCLAIMER: Rain One is not responsible for any damage to any underground systems besides the Sprinkler System that are not properly marked by the homeowner, SUCH AS UNDERGROUND DOG FENCES. If you have signed up for aeration service, it is your responsibility to have the dog fence or any other items that could be damaged by this process clearly marked PRIOR to your aeration. In the unlikely event that Rain One damages your Sprinkler System, Rain One assumes all liability and will make any repairs necessary at no charge to the customer.
