I’ve been a Rain One customer for 3 years and I’ve been extremely satisfied with their service the entire time. The scheduling and office support staff have always been great to work with. They provide excellent customer service, return phone calls promptly and provide helpful scheduling reminders. I’m always able to get service assistance in a timely manner.

All the service technicians I’ve worked with have been excellent. They’re always professional and always notify me when they’re on their way for my service appointment. They all have been experienced, knowledgeable, well trained and able to effectively resolve any situation that may have arisen.

I can’t say enough good things about rain one! They have been to our house numerous times to help us with irrigation issues, our sprinkler system, and yesterday they came out to help us with a pipe that had burst. Brian B was so friendly, efficient, and clearly communicated the issue and what we needed to do to fix it. He had everything completed within 30 minutes! The prices are fair and the work is always done super quickly. Every employee that’s ever been to our house has been very, very friendly- I would recommend rain one to anyone!

The whole team was so professional and nice to work with. Bobby and Cameron were not only knowledgeable, but patient with us in teaching us about using the system. The work was hot, but everything was done carefully, and the cleanup was thorough. We are very pleased with the results!

Tyler was great and explained everything very clearly. He took his time to answer my questions and help me understand what my sprinkler system needed.

This is my first time using Rain One for my irrigation system service, and I was absolutely blown away by the service provided by the technicians and the team members I have been communicating with to request service.

The team has been so responsive to my emails, provided all information I needed and confirmed my service date multiple times. My prior servicing company did not even do that once.

The team that came to my home were professional, knowledgable, had attention to every detail, and very friendly. Performed all tests, let me know their findings, and made all needed repairs with care. Everything was tested to ensure proper operation.

I will use them for ALL my future irrigation needs.

Oh, P.S. they do more than just irrigation. They do landscape lighting, drainage, sump pumps and even do gutter cleaning. I have already set up a roof cleaning, and will have them perform additional services in the future.

Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous .we highly recommend rainone.

We had our system installed 2 weeks ago. I found that several of the zones were too wet creating muddy areas and hampering the growth of new grass that had recently been seeded. In addition, the watering times for all zones were increased because the temperatures had consistently been higher than 85 degrees.

Tyler came out and looked at all the zones with me. He quickly made the needed changes and showed me how to do it myself going forward. I’m very pleased as the system will now be using less water while still accomplishing what is needed.

Installed irrigation/sprinkler system at my home. Great company, great employees, highly recommend. My grass has never been greener, and their system conserves water, so my water bill is actually lower then when i was dragging sprinklers around my yard all summer.

Once again, Raine One provides outstanding service for our home. I had a leak in the sump pump line at the valve. I spoke with Dave at Rain One at 5:30 P.M. on Monday and he was at my door at 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday morning to replace the valve which repaired the leak... great customer service! I have been a Rain One irrigation customer for more than two decades and now I know to call them for all my sump pump needs.

Rain One's technician Cesar came today to check on our decades-old sprinkler system, and to follow up on the sprinkler heads that were identified during the early-spring startup and checkup as possible candidates for replacement.

He recommended replacement of a few old sprinkler heads that were performing sub-optimally. In addition, he suggested some nontrivial improvements with the placement and control of certain sprinkler heads based on their locations relative to sun exposure.

We agreed and accepted his suggestions and cost estimate, but fully expected for a return trip to complete the job. We were surprised to find that he completed the work within the time frame we expected for just changing the sprinkler heads!

Cesar took the time to show us the results of his work, and we were very impressed with the outcome. We look forward to an improved system that operates optimally while minimizing water usage.

We highly recommend Rain One, and hope that the company continue to retain the best technicians in the field!

Bobby and team did an amazing job. Very professional crew and even was able to add some work out of scope. They tapped into my existing system and installed new back zones due to a pool install. They got my system up in summer and even fixed a broken downspout from a pool install, and backfilled dirt. All done in one day, and even cleaned up after themselves and sprayed my concrete patio clean. Highly recommended. Thank you!!!

Rain One was on time, our service provider kept us informed, checked all sprinkler stations and answered all our questions.
7/25/25. Rain One Technician arrived on time. I asked her to demonstrate our control unit and how to reset it if needed. She was very helpful explaining how to change dates, water time, etc. she checked all stations and reported everything was running perfectly. I highly recommend Rain One for quality of work, always professional and reliable.

The installation process was without incident and far smoother than I had expected and for that I’m very grateful.

I am very pleased with the work they did. After the work was completed they cleaned up everything. They arrived on time at 7:30 and left at 4:50. I was very impressed and will be working with them again in the near future. I have shared their name with others.

RainOne is great! Quick to respond when my 20+ year old sprinkler system has a problem. And fixes it right the first time. Josh is the tech I see most often and he’s really fast, friendly and knows his stuff.

Overall experience with Rain One has been excellent, they are very responsive and their work is top notch. Bobby and Jeff have been great to work with and the whole installation team as well. High recommend Rain One.

Josh was very friendly and took the time to make sure my sprinkler system was working and hitting areas like it should. Changed heads in the flowers beds to water better and he even checked the rain sensor before leaving. Great guy! Great job!

Dave diagnosed our problem quickly and using the camera found where the drain line was plugged. He used the power spray to open the clog. He then repaired the pipe that was broken. I was very happy with the work and cost was reasonable.

had Rain One replace a downspout drain line at my home that had collapsed/blocked up from the down spout to the street curb. They did what they promised, estimator was willing to answer my questions and concerns ( i had a lot!) and has competitive pricing with similar companies. Crew was great to work with (showed up on time, communicated well with me about my questions and concerns). They used their sod machine to save the grass you could barely tell any of the work was done. They also use, at least in mine, plastic drain pipe intended for underground/sewer use so will last a lifetime, no roots are going to infiltrate the pipe and should clean out easily if needed should be very easy, I would use them again.
