Bobby and his team did a great job of replacing our irrigation system. everyone was polite and respectful. Clean-up was perfect. Rain one gave us the best estimate so we feel this was good value
We had an excellent experience with Cameron and his team. They were on time, efficient, detail oriented, and friendly the whole time. My partner and I were shown how to work the equipment, as well as the app. Cameron was awesome!

Very professional.. got job done … explained the problem well
Nadia was great. Had to dig a 30' trench to add a sprinkler head by herself and not one complaint. It ran along the side of the driveway so there were a lot of stones. She got them all back into the ground and the sod was carefully replaced. Good job!

Rain One's technician Robert C came to replace our deduct meter today. He also completed the backflow prevention for our irrigation system. He was polite, efficient, and explained in detail what he has done and what the city inspector will do to place the new deduct meter in operation.
Summer 2025:
Rain One's technician Cesar came today to check on our decades-old sprinkler system, and to follow up on the sprinkler heads that were identified during the early-spring startup and checkup as possible candidates for replacement.
He recommended replacement of a few old sprinkler heads that were performing sub-optimally. In addition, he suggested some nontrivial improvements with the placement and control of certain sprinkler heads based on their locations relative to sun exposure.
We agreed and accepted his suggestions and cost estimate, but fully expected for a return trip to complete the job. We were surprised to find that he completed the work within the time frame we expected for just changing the sprinkler heads!
Cesar took the time to show us the results of his work, and we were very impressed with the outcome. We look forward to an improved system that operates optimally while minimizing water usage.
We highly recommend Rain One, and hope that the company continue to retain the best technicians in the field!

The technician Andrew was friendly and polite. He explained all he was doing and got the repairs done quickly.
I was totally impressed with technician Nadia K. Her comunication was great, she showed up on time, was very professional and did a fabulous job starting my irrigation system for the season. She knew exactly what she was doing, quickly identified all problem areas, quoted the repairs and completed them quickly and as described.
