The gentleman that came out were very thorough. I totally appreciate that we needed some special work done flagging our downspout drains and our irrigation before some yards work being done where they're going to trench through our backyard with high-speed internet. Thank you for being so thorough we much appreciate it. And we're winterized until spring. They said we needed some work done on the backflow to make it better to finish winterizing so we've got a plumber already called so they can come do that. Everybody both men were super thorough thank you thank you.

Zachariah, our Rain One tech was super. Came out to winterize our system, which Rain One had not worked on before. Did that .. and walked the system with me using short run times for each zone to identify some things we can do better next year. We developed a plan for Spring, complete with estimates of the cost. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

Robert was just here to install all of the indoor plumbing and backflow for our irrigation system. Our basement is finished so the plumbing took a little bit of creativity to make it work. Robert couldn’t have been more patient and he did come up with a solution that didn’t involve cutting into our drywall. He said he likes a little challenge in his work. Robert was friendly, professional, personable and just a great person to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the work thus far. Excited to get the rest of our system installed.

Where to start…. DO NOT Use!Failed to winterize my sprinkler system properly. They came out to fix their first mistake and then proceeded to perform additional work on the property when the homeowners were away and didn’t approve the work. A bill showed up afterwards that we’ve disputed, extremely rude customer service, and most recently they sent us to collections for work that was not approved.Amazing how some businesses operate and get away with it.
