Five stars for a mid-year irrigation system check to see if any adjustments are needed may seem unusually high. Yet, this service was scheduled on the day that severe storms struck central Ohio (August 11). The dedicated technician, John E, arrived during a lull in the deluge that had made it virtually impossible to drive. He took his time to check each sprinkler head, and offered suggestions that I found to be very helpful. Considering the conditions, I can’t allow such quality service to pass unacknowledged.

All phases of the installation, including the irrigation system, the inside plumbing install, and the Hydrawise controller were well coordinated. Harvey came and opened my system this spring and was so helpful and very friendly. He knows his stuff! He assisted me in setting up a schedule for my system to run and made sure all my sprinkler heads were in good working order.

Thomas was out today (8/5/26) and to no surprise, was fantastic. Made a few minor twists and tweaks but said my system was in great shape!

Can’t say enough about Rain One. Scheduling is also wonderful too. Front office staff is a pleasure to work with over the phone, email or even text!!
