Paul and Brett worked really hard to repair a leak in our irrigation system. They were very polite and professional. Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time, which is why we’ve been with them for 8 years.

This was the second time Harvey was at my house. He is very personable and performs a quality job. He represents your company in an exceptional way in all respects.

Cayden Dow came out to open the sprinkler system and found a few issues with our 23 year old control box. He was able to update it with a WiFi capable system and didn’t leave until he knew we were satisfied with the new system and knew how to use the app. He adjusted all the sprinkler heads and encouraged us to call if we notice any problems and he would be out to manage them. I was very pleased with his service and appreciate Rain One for hiring knowledgable staff.

Paul and Brett came to the house and made sure all of the sprinkler heads were working well and I was satisfied with the job they did.

Spring opening 2026:
Harvey came and opened my system this spring and was so helpful and very friendly. He knows his stuff! He assisted me in setting up a schedule for my system to run and made sure all my sprinkler heads were in good working order.

MId—season tune up 2026:

Thomas was out today (8/5/26) and to no surprise, was fantastic. Made a few minor twists and tweaks but said my system was in great shape!

Today, Tuesday, August 4Th Jorge from Rain one completed a summer check and found that a solenoid in one of our zones no longer worked. Jorge Fixed the problem in a timely manner. Jorge was a very kind, Professional, gentlemen. He patiently answered all of my questions And I really appreciate his service. I would recommend him to Everyone

Did a wonderful job.

John was great. He pointed out a problem that we had. Some of our plants died. The Were no heads on some of the sprinklers and he had to put them on This accounted for the death of some of our plants. We will be calling rain one, want to discuss this in an effort to get reimbursed for the plants that died because there were no heads placed on the sprinklers.

But all in all, John did a great job

Really happy with the work Bobby, Jeff, Rob, and the Rain One Irrigation crew did on my 10-zone system. From the start they were easy to deal with, showed up when they said they would, and actually listened to what I wanted.
They laid everything out clean, explained what they were doing without making it complicated, and left the place looking good when they finished. The system’s been running great so far — even coverage, no weird issues.
Solid crew. If you need irrigation work done, I’d definitely go with these guys again.

We’ve been using Rain One for several years to service our system that was installed by another company to save a few bucks. We regret not hiring Rain One in the first place. It costs us several thousand more than the savings we thought we were getting to have Rain One add more zones and correct other issues that was affecting our coverage. The service from the internal office workers when we call in to every serviceman who has worked on, our system has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful. If you’re considering Installing an irrigation system in my opinion, there’s only “One” choice and that’s Rain One.

We had the best experience with Rain One! The crew that came and installed our irrigation system was top notch! We have a very large yard that required 12 zones to get full coverage, which means a lot of digging and they left our grass looking as good when they were done as it did before they dug the first hole. The zone design and overall coverage is phenomenal! The entire process from beginning to end was professional, educational and every person we came in contact with including the sales person, scheduler, plumbing crew, and installation crew were ALL top tier! The equipment they used, the warranty they offer, and the performance of the equipment is unmatched! We are very happy with our overall experience and highly recommend Rain One!

Tyler was very personable and efficient. He fixed a hole in one of the lines due to recent landscaping work and fixed a problem with the rain gauge.

They did a very nice job installing the irrigation system. Had 11 zones and 48 spray heads. They overseeded areas that were disturbed. Now that it will have water, grass should come back quickly.

The men were very courteous and were patient in answering any questions I had.

I am very happy with my experience with rain one. They arrived a time with an entire crew and worked very hard. They were professional and conscientious. They left the yard in very good shape following the installation and kept me updated on progress. I recommend them.

My service call was handled by Kyle who was very helpful scheduling an appointment.

Tyler was my service tech who addressed all my concerns and questions. He changed out irrigation heads that corrected existing overspray damage and explained step by step how to make necessary adjustments to the control panel depending on weather conditions which was so helpful. He was courteous and a great problem solver. Kudos to Tyler!

Andrew was incredible!! He came today to do an inspection to see if my irrigation system needed sprayer adjustments. It was discovered that I would need more sprayers to cover my entire yard, which was going to cost me quite a lot. However, he devoted much analysis and labor to find where adjustments could be made. He was very professional, skilled, and understanding.
