Had my irrigation system opened and light maintenance taken care of by Tyler with Rain One Irrigation and Drainage. Tyler we on time, gave a heads up text before arrival and had my system up and running in no time. Adjusted a few heads, replaced one, and lifted one that had settled. Great service and knowledgeable tech. Also made sure my programming was straight and gave me some tips for efficiency. Great Service!

The entire experience was great. The sales representative, Jeff, was awesome to work with. He was very supportive and accommodating to what I wanted in my irrigation system, making changes, etc.

Bobby and his crew were also excellent. They were very hard-working and took great care to position the water spray and sprinkler heads to maximize both water conservation and plant and lawn maintenance. The crew also replaced the sod over holes dug for the electronic valves and left my yard very neat.

Bobby was great at explaining procedures, having his crew work as a very efficient team, and he would instantly give me his full attention for questions. It was a pleasure having him install my irrigation system.

Henry just winterized my irrigation system. He was very professional and personable. He not only explained the Rain One shut-off valves, but went out of his way to look outside for me, so that he could show me the basement shut-off switch for the my outside faucets. He is an asset to Rain One.

Josh came out today to turn on my irrigation system. He found a clogged sprinkler head and quickly fixed it and adjusted its spray onto my bush. He was friendly and very professional.

Rain One has maintained our HOA (43 homes) irrigation system (over 550 sprinkler heads) for a few years now. Their service people have always been very knowledgeable about irrigation systems and nice to work with. They arrive on time for scheduled work and also prioritize arriving for an emergency like a major water leak. I feel that their pricing has always been fair with good records of what they did and materials used. I have been involved with other companies maintaining our irrigation system and I recommend Rain One as the best company for us. We use Carlos when he is available.
