Cayden Dow came out to open the sprinkler system and found a few issues with our 23 year old control box. He was able to update it with a WiFi capable system and didn’t leave until he knew we were satisfied with the new system and knew how to use the app. He adjusted all the sprinkler heads and encouraged us to call if we notice any problems and he would be out to manage them. I was very pleased with his service and appreciate Rain One for hiring knowledgable staff.

Technician diagnosed the issue with the leak and did a good job fixing it and replacing sod. He was very personable.

Rain One is offering landscaping lighting services now! Just had Nick here. He recommended options and completed the service expeditiously even cleaned the fixtures to look like new. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for repairs or new lighting options.

I had the best tech at my home this morning to turn on my sprinkler system, Jaren!!!! He was polite, kind and knowledgeable! He walked through each zone with me and made adjustments per my request. I will continue to use Rain One and request Jaren!!!!

Rain One was awesome starting with my first call to them, follow-up emails with lots of questions from me, to the finished jobs. The team, Lana and Krissan that handled my questions through email were very patient and gave specific answers and they followed through on everything they told me they would be doing. I had two things done, first sprinkler system start up and then backflow test. Nadia, the technician that did my sprinkler system start-up was awesome. Even though I had to have some repairs done, she was also very patient and answered every question so that I could understand what was taking place. Another company that I tried to work with, didn't even get back with me so I moved on and I'm so glad I did. Rain One gets a 10 out of 10 on their employees and their work.

I called Rain One because we have recently had a few beds landscaped and I needed the sprinkler heads adjusted. Ian D was wonderful to work with. He was able to get our sprinkler heads up and running again and was even able to improve our water pressure in our beds. I highly recommend Rain One.

Excellent service and friendly tech. Did all the startup and adjustment properly. Arrived within the time frame.

My downspout drain was not draining properly. The Rain One tech (Dave) used a camera and pinpointed the exact location where the drain tile was blocked. I small hole was dug and the tile was repaired. I was very impressed with the total procedure, which was completed in less than 45 mins.
Also, Dave answered several questions I had concerning the downspouts and related drainage issues. I could not have been more satisfied with the total experience that I received from Dave and Rain One!

He was informed and a good guy

The crew from Rain One worked tirelessly from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, the majority of time in the rain, to get our new irrigation system up and running. Bobby, our site manager, was friendly from the start ang gave me a good tutorial on the system at the end. Cant wait to give it a whirl! And I should add, despite all of the mud due to the rain, the crew did a great job cleaning up.

Would recommend using Rain One and Jaron who was my technician over any other company in Columbus. Jaron came out again as I had some more work that needed to be completed. He was on time and took care of all of the issues that needed attention.
