Our condominium association was experiencing several sprinkler system issues, and Jesus Victoria from Rain One Irrigation was excellent to work with. He took the time to explain the problems clearly, listened to our concerns, and provided a fair quote for the repairs.

We approved it immediately, so he could start right away. After the job was finished, he followed up to ensure everything was working properly and made a few adjustments until everything was perfect.

Jesus is both professional and personable, and his commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him.

Good people to deal with.

Caydon was on time and with equipment. He even had the courtesy to say hi to my retriever (very important). He replaced all 20 sprinkler heads and explained what he did. There was no cleanup for me to do even though the weather was very wet and rainy. Thank you rain one for having Caydon on your payroll

Great service. Explained everything well and made sure the system was set up and working properly. Installed 8 zone sprinkler system. Completed same day. The crew spent extra time cleaning and making everything look good again.

Nadia was great. Had to dig a 30' trench to add a sprinkler head by herself and not one complaint. It ran along the side of the driveway so there were a lot of stones. She got them all back into the ground and the sod was carefully replaced. Good job!
