I got the numbers quickly and was able to book the installation of the system with ease. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do on time and with a hard-working and polite team Just due to some timing issues, the plumber had to come back out to teach me how to use part of the system and did so when it was convenient for me Bobby and his team worked extremely hard to install the system and teach me exactly how it worked An amazing process and I’m looking forward to a greener, healthier lawn

I called Rain One because my underground downspouts that run out to the street had settled underground and stopped draining properly. Their estimator Jeff was great. He came and listened to all my concerns and gave me two different quotes to consider. The crew they sent out was absolutely incredible. These five guys (Cameron, Francisco, Fernando, Ricardo, & Oswaldo) were such pros it was clear they do this kind of thing all day long. When they were done and put all the sod back I couldn't believe how nice my lawn actually looked. I hope I don't need you guys again anytime soon, but I will wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone that does!

Matthew F. did an excellent job with his service. He was respectful, responsive, and kind throughout the process. He diagnosed the problems well and found the solution efficiently and effectively. I would hire him again, 100%. The other worker was equally as great of a serviceman. Both worked together great. These are the kinds of guys that should be promoted so that they can train others to be as effective as they are.

Marco was great! He thoroughly checked our sprinkler system and reprogrammed it. The appointment was efficient and he was very cordial and professional.

Tyler was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He checked every component, including the back flow, the controller, and every sprinkler head, diagnosed any issues, and provided the solution. He was able to do all repairs immediately, then upon completion, he demonstrated their performance to show the repaired functionality. He did a great job!

Matthew & Jorge did a very thorough job of investigating why a couple sprinkler heads in my system we're not working. They determined there was damage to the wires underground due to some construction I had done around the perimeter of the house. They did their due diligence to uncover the problem and explain the options to me in getting it fully functional again.
They were great in communicating what they were finding throughout the whole process. I appreciate their determination and perseverance!

We had a great experience with Tyler, John and Jacob. Our irrigation job came across some unexpected problems and they took care of it.

John was very helpful in sorting out some issues with outside faucets and with the irrigation start up process. Several waterheads needed replaced or repaired, and the repairs were quickly made. John tailored the watering schedule based on my lawn's needs and landscape features. Rain One makes routine maintenance easy and affordable. I rely on their expertise.

We had a complete install installation 10 zones installed plus controller. Excellent service excellent installation great cleanup overall I would recommend rain one to anyone needing irrigation installation and or repair thank you.

Andrew was awesome. He repaired significant damage inflicted by the installation of the patio on our existing system and installed a new controller which is awesome unto itself. Andrew was patient, listened well and truly had our best interest at heart. He was even graciously willing to undo and redo The location of a sprinkler head when I realized the error of my choice Of that location. he truly Nowent above and beyond. I can’t say enough about the new controller. It is so much easier to have the flexibility of controlling the system from the app on my phone.
